Ground Rules & Expectations

To ensure quality results, consistency, and a smooth working relationship, the following apply to all content creation retainers:

• A minimum three-month commitment is required for all retainer packages

• Retainers are billed monthly and require full payment in advance

• Payment is due by the first day of each service month

• Services will not begin and content sessions will not be scheduled until payment is received in full

• All payments are non-refundable once services are scheduled or rendered

• Packages include content creation and editing only

• Posting to social media platforms is not included unless added on

• Each video includes one standard round of minor revisions

• Additional content requests outside the package scope may require an added fee

• All content sessions must be scheduled in advance

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in delayed scheduling or suspension of services for that month.
